STELLANTIS (STLA.MI):

Stellantis (STLA.MI) announced on Friday that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with BNP Paribas (BNPP.PA), Crédit Agricole (CAGR.PA) and Santander (SAN.MC) as part of the overhaul of its financing operations in Europe through new partnerships. Read more

ADYEN SA (ADYEN.AS):

Adyen was selected by Henry’s to fuel their unified commerce strategy.

AEROPORTS DE PARIS SA (ADP.PA):

Groupe ADP indicates that total traffic increased by 10.5 million passengers in November 2021 compared to November 2020, with 17.7 million passengers handled for its entire network of airports operated.

AEDIFICA SA (AOO.BR):

Aedifica has declared that it is investing in the construction of 3 nursing homes in the Netherlands for a total investment of around 24.5 million euros.

AIR FRANCE-KLM SA (AIRF.PA), AIRBUS (AIR.PA):

Air France-KLM orders 100 Airbus A320Neo family aircraft for KLM and Transavia and signs a letter of intent for the purchase of 4 full-cargo Airbus A350Fs for Air France. The first deliveries are expected in the second half of 2023.

ALBIOMA SA (ABIO.PA):

Albioma said it had won 5 MWP of solar projects in mainland France. Construction of these projects will begin in 2023, with commissioning scheduled for the second half of 2023.

ALSTOM SA (ALSTOM.PA):

Alstom has announced that it will provide trains and maintenance support for the regional Marseille-Nice line. Delivery of the new equipment, manufactured at Alstom’s Crespin site, will begin at the end of 2024. This order amounts to around 250 million euros.

COFINIMMO SA (COFB.BR):

Cofinimmo has acquired a new healthcare complex in the Netherlands for around 13 million euros.

EXOR SA (EXOR.MI):

Exor signed a definitive agreement with Covéa for the sale of PartnerRe for 7.8 billion euros. Closing of the transaction expected in mid-2022.

GAZTRANSPORT ET TECHNIGAZ SA (GTT.PA):

GTT said it had secured a tank design order for four new LNG carriers from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering. The ships will be delivered in 2024 and 2025.

SOLVAY SA (SOLB.BR), SOLVAC SA (SOAC.BR):

Solvay has announced a new power purchase agreement with India’s largest solar power producer.

CASINO (CASP.PA)

The boards of directors of low-cost food retailer Assai and retailer GPA (PCAR3.SA) signed a previously announced agreement that sees Assai pay 5.17 billion reais ($ 909 million) for 70 GPA sites to across Brazil, the companies said in securities filings.
