Rolling Quality Control Inspector
The qualified person should have solid experience in all phases of composite work as well as previous experience in manufacturing fiberglass boats.
Perform routine and service specific quality inspections. Perform and help train employees on critical quality issues, including process improvement. Works on special projects geared towards product or process improvement. Ensures that all products meet internal quality specifications and established standards. Constantly monitors inspection guidelines to ensure they are followed consistently. Ability to work independently as well as in a team, possess good organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations with attention to detail. Senior Design 3D Modeler
The 3D modeler will be responsible for the planning, creation, development and maintenance of technical drawings and other documents to support the manufacture, assembly and testing of the recreational power boat product line, concept to the final configuration.
Create, develop and maintain 3D models (using RHINO 3D) from specifications and designs. Produce glass and core models for new models. Produce cap and mold kit designs from models produced by design engineers. Verify that the plugs are constructed to design specifications. Update the Glass, Core, and Stringer kits as needed. Assist in the creation and implementation of product ECNs through product development and engineering. Complete scheduled documentation tasks on time as directed.
Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in computer-aided design required, college-level coursework in a technical field and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of the degree. Fast and precise 3D use of the RHINO 3D software package. Possibility to create a workshop CAD drawing with RHINO
At least 3 years of computer aided design experience is required. Experience in 2D CAD drawing and documentation required. 3D CAD modeling skills required, preferably with RHINO. At least 3 years of experience / knowledge in product development or mechanical systems manufacturing is required. Prefer a candidate with experience in marine design and boat building with an interest in boats. Must be highly motivated, well organized, an excellent problem solver and decision maker. Well-developed communication skills. Proficiency in computers with demonstrated knowledge of MS Office software. Willing to work more than 40 hours per week as needed to complete the job.

Mechanics, Electricity and Plumbing (MEP)
Under minimal supervision, installs, tests and repairs electrical / electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components for marine / powerboat applications. Provides skilled mechanical and electrical / electronic assistance to all areas of manufacturing.
Installs, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical / electronic equipment including, but not limited to, wiring harnesses, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipment.
Plans and executes work requiring in-depth knowledge of electrical / electronic and mechanical equipment, local and national electrical codes.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in the electrical / electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields are required and the ability to demonstrate a high level of competence in these fields. Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Thorough knowledge of electrical / electronic components and equipment, including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes. Must be able to work well with all levels of staff, whether individually or in a team environment, and most importantly must be able to interface and communicate with line operators to assist with repairs and troubleshooting .
