Rollick and Lightspeed Announce Strategic Partnership to Support Leisure Merchants

Rollick integrations with LightspeedEVO
A new column in LightspeedEVO’s multi-track display screen displays the RollickScore for each prospect. Represented by one to five flames, the Lead Score dynamically changes based on a proprietary algorithm that continuously evaluates new information, including that from Lightspeed’s CRM.

The Lead Score is supported by RollickLens, a graphical view of all activity undertaken by the consumer before and after the lead is submitted. In addition to CRM activity, RollickLens includes prospect engagement with Rollick’s email contact and / or concierge contact programs. The Email Nurture and Concierge programs are available to resellers as optional add-ons.

Additional email management and concierge options
The Email Lead Nurture program is based on Rollick’s Aimbase solution, an enterprise platform that more than 100 hobby manufacturers use today. This program accepts data from lead forms with attributes provided by the reseller to trigger maintenance email campaigns. Prospects will receive emails branded with each reseller and targeted to the consumer based on their RollickScore. All emails contain various engagement prompts to schedule appointments, reserve units, and initiate pre-orders, including accepting online deposits, getting a quote on an exchange and more.

The Concierge Contact program is an option for dealers who want to amplify their lead tracking efforts. Rollick’s concierge team will contact customers on behalf of a dealership for the primary purpose of scheduling appointments. This team works with the best OEMs in the leisure industry and generates match rates up to 83% higher than the average lead, based on data from Rollick.
