RollickDR Adds “Book Now” Feature to Meet Unprecedented Demand for Outdoor Recreation Products

AUSTIN, Texas, May 25, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Rollick Inc., the leading provider of relationship marketing technology to the marine, powersports and recreational vehicle industries, today announced that dealers can now efficiently take vehicle reservations through the “Book Now” feature added to RollickDR, its industry-first digital retail solution. Book Now allows buyers to quickly and easily book vehicles through dealership websites, saving time for dealership sales teams for eligible customers, and is a reliable way to track unit bookings.

The pandemic has resulted in both strong retail demand and supply chain slowdowns, resulting in unprecedented availability of outdoor recreational vehicles. Consumers are increasingly willing to make deposits to reserve their outboard vehicle even before it leaves the production line.

“Dealers tell us they’re overloaded with leads and handling pre-orders,” said Bernie brenner, CEO of Rollick. “They asked us to help them qualify the orders they were receiving and improve the reservation process to provide excellent customer service during a frustrating time.” RollickDR will include the Reserve Now feature in early June, with several options for accepting deposits. Dealers can configure the Reservation Request feature to handle payment directly or use it as a simple lead form, followed up later for credit card information. RollickDR will also soon be integrated with Kenect “Text to Pay” to provide a smooth e-commerce experience.

“Our dealer group is drowning in booking requests and it has been difficult to keep pace,” said Matt Petrovich, Director of Marketing and Operations for Nash Powersports. “Our customers will love the ability to reserve their vehicle on our website and we love that RollickDR helps us easily manage all of this on the backend.”

Rollick’s digital retail solution provides a consolidated tool to help consumers gather detailed transaction information about a potential purchase and, when ready, deliver all the information they want to the dealership. With RollickDR, consumers can self-manage their outdoor vehicle buying experience by pre-qualifying for financing, reviewing OEM and dealer offerings, estimating the value of a trade-in, taking appointments and now booking a vehicle in one simple interface.
