April 2022. The Iveco Group (IM: IVG) announces that all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) held today have been approved.

The general meeting adopted the 2021 corporate financial statements, released the members of the board of directors from any liability, issued a favorable opinion on the 2021 compensation report and appointed Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas non-executive director. In addition, Ernst & Young Accountants LLP has been appointed as the Company’s independent auditor for the 2022 financial year, Deloitte Accountants BV has been appointed as the Company’s independent auditor for the 2023 financial year.

Finally, the proposed allocation (of subscription rights) of ordinary shares to executive corporate officers in accordance with Article 12.6 of the Company’s bylaws was approved.
